Things To Know About Gratitude Abundance

By Millie Laker

Are you a grateful person? Gratitude abundance will teach you to be grateful for many little things that you already have in order to get the things you need.

Gratitude is learning to be thankful. Many people think that they have little to be grateful for, however most of us have more things than we think.

One of life's greatest blessings is health. Persons who are no longer healthy will remind you that they should have been more grateful when they had their health. Persons having health are able to start again even when everything else is lost. They may regain lost items and rebuild items of importance.

Most persons should be grateful for shelter. Today there are persons that would be truly grateful for even the smallest of rooms in most homes to shelter their families form rain, cold or heat as well as disease carrying insects that may cause death to family members who are bitten in the night sleeping.

Loot at the luxuries you have that make it possible to read this article. You have your computer as well as power. For millions around the globe these do not exist.

Have you stopped to be grateful for the food you have in your home. Tonight millions of children will go to bed hungry. These children are not just in third world countries, but may be just around the block from your own home. They could be down the street or even next door. Yet we find ourselves not wanting what we have but something else, so we head out to dinner without a second thought.

Are you grateful for your job. Recently the economy has been very harsh and many people have lost long term jobs as well as homes. Even after losing a job, many are provided for with unemployment compensation. Until they are able to find another job they may bring home a large percentage of the take home pay that they had when working a full time job.

Think about your family of origin Most persons found this family offered love and appreciation as they grew to adulthood. Tonight, children will go to bed in a strange home in foster care. A judge may randomly move them to another home without reason at any time. Other children remain in abusive homes and go to bed in fear every night hoping that their fears do not turn into reality.

Even with so many things to be grateful for, there are many people that live their lives focusing only on the negative things of life. They focus on what they do not have rather on those things that they do have and should be showing gratitude for. As a result of their negative thinking, they are forcing away the very things that they say they want to have.

Gratitude abundance is learning to be thankful for little things in life. This can change the way of life so that the power of those positive thoughts can help you to have those things you need. Start choosing gratitude for your attitude today.

Secrets Of How To Develop Abundance

By David Elsey

Abundance is a state of mind that leads to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual benefits. Developing abundance, therefore, is as much an internal process as it is an external one. It requires self reflection and honesty for people to heal their lives and attract the best possible opportunities, people and situations into their experience. Sometimes this process can be very challenging but the benefits are enormous.

We can say that people lack abundance when they fail to show that they are satisfied in life. What most people misunderstood about abundance is satisfaction and where to get it. As generally thought of, people would only experience abundance when they are satisfied with material things and wealth. The fact is people would still lack abundance despite their wealth and riches. Some of them would even feel miserable although they are the richest men on earth. This is because most of the wealthiest people do not care to have warm relationship with other people making their lives unhappy and less exciting.

Developing abundance, then, needs to start with the way life is approached including beliefs, thinking patterns and emotional habits. If a person is willing to change the way they think (and speak) about things and to develop mature and positive emotional responses, they can turn their life around.

The world we live in is no doubt an abundant place, and all of us should have our equal share of abundant living. But despite this fact, not all are experiencing an abundant life. This could be because abundance cannot get through their lives due to some unnecessary things that block the way. If you have bitterness, guilt, pains, anger, or other negative feelings toward the people around you, abundance will not be able to reward you.

The first step to develop abundance is to face your own negative self and overcome all the bad personality you possess within yourself. It's not only those bad people out there who can make you a victim; it is also you who can victimize yourself through your negative attitude towards bad experiences. If you were hurt before and such event became traumatic for you, do not let it to continuously hurt you by living in the past. Let go of the pain and open your self to forgiveness. This will be your key to a successful and abundant life.

Developing abundance is also developing your inner self. Look at yourself inside and see through your emotions. There may be lots of things that keep negative forces to pull you down. Assess yourself and evaluate those things that need certain focus and attention to help you improve your life and become abundant later on.

There are many principles and therapies that you can use to help yourself experience abundance. The cognitive behavior and energy therapies with EFT and applied kinesiology are all helpful. All you have to do is to help yourself accept the fact that you need these tools for your self development and motivate yourself to do all the necessary steps in order to attract abundance in life.

Aside from changing your inner being, you also have to develop your outer being. Plan your actions and set your goals so that you can focus more on what you need to prioritize. This way you can move from one level to a higher one.

Developing abundance needs planning and actions. But you have to make your actions go in harmony with your beliefs and principles. You can achieve an abundant life with true satisfaction and happiness if you know that you are living in harmony with other people, with yourself, and with your environment. How you look at life will always be a major factor in developing abundance.

Developing abundance is a worthwhile goal. It's not selfish to live an abundant life. In fact, it enables people to be generous to others and frees them from self-focus necessary when struggling to survive. The process of developing abundance usually takes some time, but it is a satisfying journey that transforms individuals and their communities.

Education Has A Price - So Has Ignorance

Education is your key to success and advancement in every area of life. However, it is NOT defined by academic qualifications. In
fact, all too often, these can form an excellent contrary
indicator! Whilst academic qualifications do undoubtedly smooth
the way in many career areas, they are by no means a guarantee of
success.

The real education you need is the ongoing self-learning that
will help you match your capacities to your chosen goals in life.
In this fast-paced transient society, if you are not continually learning and moving forward, you are really moving backward. Thesum total of human knowledge is now doubling every few years. If
you are not significantly improving on your skills, then you have only yourself to blame when opportunity and good fortune pass you by.

It is said that good luck is when opportunity meets preparation. If you haven't prepared, you will be unable to take advantage of whatever opportunities may arise. Thus, your luck will remain perpetually poor, and you will continually wonder why.

The self-made wealthy and successful of society continually invest in the process of self-education in almost religious fashion. They buy and read books and have well-stocked libraries. They regularly attend seminars given by experts in their chosen field of study. Successful people are continually looking for ways to expand their knowledge and understanding.

By contrast, the vast majority of the population are completely different. They hardly read books at all; preferring instead magazines and newspapers. If they do read a book, it is the latest pulp fiction bestseller. In fact, only 10-15% of the population buy ALL the books! Do you realize the implication? It means that 85% of the population don't read books at all!

These people never go to seminars either (unless their companies pay of course), and they never buy courses to develop themselves in any way. They say they can't afford it, or what use will it do anyway? Interestingly, they can afford their cigarettes, alcohol, CDs, and home video rentals. They can often afford one, or even
two, holidays a year, and a whole range of other luxuries.

However, you will never get them to part with a few dollars for a book that might really change their lives! You might as well go down to the Red Sea and raise your arms in commanding fashion! They say they cannot afford it. Times are tough. In certain rare cases, this might well be true. In most cases though, it is simply an excuse. In truth, who are these people really short-changing? Themselves! The brutal truth is that nobody else
is going to care less if they don't advance in life but fall back instead.  They are the ones who will suffer.
Ironically, it is the very people who need to commit to self education who are the last people to do it.

Some may often point out that the wealthy have the money and thus they can afford to spend it on their own education. That is yet another interestingly devious excuse. If you follow that line of argument, you would have to admit that financially successful people have the least use for on-going education because they are
already successful! Rather than point out that the education budget of a wealthy person is less in proportion to their total wealth compared to the poor person, you instead have to ask why they spend ANY money at all?

It's a very interesting fact that successful people continually self-educate and re-invest their time and money in themselves through continual learning, whilst unsuccessful people do not. It's a classic chicken-and-egg situation. Do the successful spend money on educational products and seminars because they can afford it? Or did they become wealthy and successful BECAUSE they made their own self-education a priority and paid whatever price it took to achieve it? An objective analysis would reveal the latter to be true.

The truth is it really does not cost that much to invest in a book or product that can really change your life. You can enroll in evening classes quite economically. Whether the product or seminar costs 9 dollars, 99 dollars or even more, you have to weigh the financial cost of the product against the long-term personal cost
of not obtaining the knowledge. Ignorance is NOT bliss!

Yes, there is a lot of free stuff out there, and the internet has created a freebie-seeker's paradise. But really, how much of that information do you ever act upon? How many free e-books and articles have you  downloaded and never read? Knowledge may be cheap these days but the sad truth is that what you don't pay for, you never value either.

So do yourself a favor. If you still participate in the freebie mentality, QUIT IT NOW! Realize that education is valuable and comes at a price.  Resolve to pay that price and move into the fast track of the self-educated and successful in our society. If you continually just seek free stuff, what sort of message are
you sending your subconscious mind?  Are you affirming your affluence and that you truly value yourself? If you spend money on a book or course, or take time out for training, does this not send a FAR more powerful message to your inner mind that you actually think you are worth investing in? If YOU won't even spend a cent on your own self-betterment, then why on earth would you expect anybody else to care?

Truly, there is little you cannot accomplish if you resolve to pay the price in terms of money, time and relentless commitment. However, the decision is ultimately yours. If it's financially difficult for you, see where you can make economies elsewhere. Above all else, get that essential self-education. People are either in an expanding or contracting spiral of life. Successful people are expansive; they can afford more, because they have gained the knowledge required to create success and wealth. Often though, they had to make tremendous sacrifices and work hard for years to get to the exalted level where we now see them.

Unsuccessful people want it all now. They spend their money and time on things that don't matter in the long run. They take no risks and they never self-educate. Then they say, 'I'm too poor', 'I can't afford it', and so on. Yet, you often find that they do have cash for all their little transient pleasures.

Don't be like that. Break into the positive spiral. Model yourself on the successful in our society, and not the also-rans. Make no excuses. Determine to get an education and pay whatever it takes in time, energy and money to attain it. Start today!

It’s not God’s fault!

The Buddist’s teaching about the law of karma goes like this: ‘for every event that occurs, there will follow another event whose existence was caused by the first, and this second event will be pleasant or unpleasant according to its cause as either skillful or unskillful.’

Or as Newton puts it: ''To every action there is always an equal and opposite reaction”

Before we even heard of Karma, all the blame was placed on God. But now, with our extensive knowledge of cause and effect, we now realize we are to blame for what we have created.

Once you realize how the Law of Cause and Effect, or Karma, is at work in your universe, you suddenly realize how powerful you really are. You become empowered and begin to live by design instead of by default.

It should come as no surprise then that God has much bigger and better plans for you then you might be experiencing in your life right now.

The belief that humanity is waiting for the Messiah to come and save us is the culprit for keeping us unaware of our own abilities to create miracles. It keeps us waiting instead of doing.

Just before Moses and the other Israelites split the Red Sea, God said aloud,

Baby Moses rescued from the NileImage via Wikipedia“Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on. Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground.”

God was basically asking us ‘Why are you crying to me? What am I supposed to do? You do it! You can do it! Just believe, go forth in complete faith and certainty and it will be done.

There’s the proof…we are supposed to be creating our own miracles!

We have to stop waiting for something or someone who is not even scheduled to arrive. God is the one waiting, he’s waiting for us to realize this, take responsibility and start acting in faith.

God wants us to live in abundance and receive miracles all the time. All you have to do is learn how to connect to your inner power and start creating!

Until you are in control, your life and ultimately your destiny is in the hands of every natural reaction of the outside world. Your life will be influenced by others and you will continue to live randomly with no plans for a better future. You are more prone to living life on autopilot, only existing and merely dealing with each passing change life throws at you. This is dangerous living - it causes sickness, dis-ease and it takes lives.

Without the awareness of your own miraculous abilities, you are not living your purpose. You are not actively evolving as man should be, and most likely you are suffering on some level.

Stop living by mistake and start creating on purpose. You can start here:
